Everyone needs to make sure that they have purchased their round trip plane ticket from home to Atlanta and back home. To get the best rates you should do that asap.
Please make sure to follow the instructions below. You do need to send in your flight arrangements so we can make sure we secure the needed transportation.
Date of arrival:
· On your arrival date you are to arrive before 3 PM. Bus will leave by 4PM from the airport. Atlanta is the busiest airport in the world so plan accordingly.
· Your team leaders will meet you at baggage claim.
· AIM provides the transportation from the Atlanta Airport to Gainesville.
Date of departure:
·On your departure date you will need to make travel arrangements to fly out at least 2 hours after you arrive back in Atlanta. If you cannot get a flight out that night, we will put you up in a hotel for the night so you can fly out the next day. Watch for your itinerary to be posted a month before your trip.
