You need to bring your own pillow, sheets (for a single bed), towel, and toiletries. Please don’t bring any sweets or snacks because you will not be allowed to keep those in your dorms. Any kind of food attracts bugs and ants. One food item that you will want to bring is peanut butter, this is a hard item to find in Central America so be sure to have this.
